Job Title: Engineering ManagerPay Range: $120,000 to $150,000 per yearLocations: Springfield, MAJob Type: Full-time The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing design processes, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities:Oversee design functions, manage designers, improve design processes, maintain client relationships, review bids and scopes, and collaborate with project management teams. Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (Master's degree preferred) Experience Requirement:Seasoned Engineering industry experience working in a mechanical contractor or engineering firm.Estimating and Designing mechanical projects. Technical Skills Requirement:Display competent knowledge and understanding of codes, industry standards, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems.Maintain or acquire PE stamps in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
