This is a field based, retail focused, customer-centric position. Strong team building and development of direct reports is critical to success in this position. Scheduling, planning, and executing successful retail events is required; as well as relationship building with in-store retail management and internal support teams. Full-time salaried position managing a remote team of more than 50 individuals.ResponsibilitiesSchedule team to execute events in assigned locationHire, develop, retain team members to ensure on-date execution of eventsBuild relationships with store level team membersCollaborate across internal teams to effectively execute successful eventsTravel - overnight as needed and up to one week at a time for special eventsDaily travel across local territory locations Thursday - SaturdaysQualificationsExperience: Management or Shift Lead Experience in retail, restaurant, or food industryProven track record of delivering consistent resultsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyCertificates: Food safety manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hirePhysical Demands: Extensive walking and moderate lifting in a retail spaceMulti-unit or remote team management highly preferred.Work EnvironmentHomebased office and retail stores.**A complete job description will be provided during the interview process.
