Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Online Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. As an Online Sales and Marketing associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company. This is not for remote work, person hired must be present at our headquarters Monday - through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)- Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Analyze website analytics data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for digital marketing materials- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketingRequirements:- Proven work experience in Online sales and Marketing or similar roles.- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices- Experience with email marketing platforms and creating effective email campaigns- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- This is not for remote work, person hired must be present at our headquarters Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm*Please note this role is 100% In person Monday- Friday, this IS NOT a remote position*Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Relocate:Houston, TX 77018: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person.
