Job Description:

The Systems Analyst plays a crucial role within the Information Management Systems team, focusing on supporting internal teams in utilizing and optimizing our clients system and the Nuxeo Asset Management System (NUXEO). This role involves tasks ranging from training and updating to ensuring data integrity and contributing to the development of best practices.Responsibilities:Collaborate in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the CENTRIC system.Contribute to the ongoing education and training of teams on CENTRIC system usage.Document and provide coaching to promote company-wide adoption of CENTRIC best practices.Conduct regular audits and maintenance within the CENTRIC system to uphold data integrity.Assist in testing, implementing, and rolling out new feature upgrades and associated processes.Aid in the design and implementation of taxonomy and metadata management strategies adhering to industry best practices.Address users' inquiries regarding system operations, diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating when necessary.Offer insights and suggestions for improving CENTRIC and NUXEO systems and related processes.Provide additional support for the NUXEO System as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Expertise:Ability to integrate critical information and advocate for advanced strategies throughout the organization.Proficiency in developing and training employees to meet ongoing business requirements.Skill in interacting with key internal and external stakeholders to interpret project information and unit operations.Excellent analytical abilities, applying data to provide solutions and drive strategic business decisions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in Data Management, PLM, and Business workflows.Experience with CENTRIC is required; familiarity with DAMs, specifically NUXEO, is advantageous.Previous experience in the apparel industry or related professional field is preferred.Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.Salary: 90,000-120,000Dental, Vision, and Health offered
