Human Resources Manager - Bozeman, MT NW Construction, Inc. (NWC) is currently hiring a Human Resources Manager to join our Management Team. NW Construction is a Heavy Civil Construction contractor based in Bozeman, Montana. We specialize in water resources, dam construction and environmental projects. The Human Resources Manager, working closely with the management team, will originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, and continuous improvement.  Minimum qualifications include: Experience in the construction field and OFCCP requirements, a bachelor's degree in the Human Resources field, Experience with HR software (Viewpoint HR management experience preferred). This is a full-time position that reports to the CEO. Qualified candidates will exhibit strong ethics and morals. Candidates should be highly detail oriented, able to work independently, multi-task, enjoy interfacing with other staff at all levels, possess excellent skills in verbal and written communication.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, drafting offer lettersManaging the on-boarding process for new employeesMaintaining up-to-date personnel information and filesAdministering and tracking of employee benefitsCompleting and submitting paperwork to external agencies for reporting requirementsMaintaining the employee handbookOverseeing the annual employee review processCreating jobsite specific HR policies and proceduresOccasional travel to jobsites and for recruitment Conduct HR related trainingOther duties as assignedCompensation package includes:Salary depending on qualifications and experience, paid vacation time, 401K plan with matching fundsHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - with 100% company paid premiumsRelocation package Interested candidates my fill out an application on our website: please submit a resume in addition to the application to .
