This part-time role will be located in St. Paul, MN. The Call Center Triage RN handles incoming calls from our patients and is on the front line of care.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assess patient concernsproblems for all age groups over the phone through the collection of health dataPlanprioritize, implement and advise treatment based on approved protocolsCompletes prescription refills using approved company protocolsHospital follow-up callsHelp develop and update written protocolsParticipates in special projects and committee work as requestedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Current RN license in the State of MinnesotaGraduate of an accredited RN program5 years RN experience in a variety of health care settingsPrevious triage experience preferredExperience with electronic medical records, eClinicalWorks experience preferredCPR certifiedPossess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of organizational ability and attention to detailAbility to collaborate with other members of the care team and able to work independently using effective nursing judgment and decision-making skillsDemonstration of good time management and have the flexibility to deal with frequent changes within the organization
