They will conduct physicals, screen incoming PHP patients, prescribe medications, order refills and order labs. We'll also need to rely on them as a resource for general medical questions and providing a valuable medical perspective for our program.Additionally, they will have weekly clinical appointments with our clients.Duties include but are not limited to:Conduct physicalsProvide and coordinate referrals for specialty medicineOrder labsScreen incoming PHP clientsPrescribe medications and order refills for clientsConduct weekly appointments with clientsSkills include but are not limited to:Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) drugs such as suboxone, naltrexone and sublocadeAble to explain medical processes clearlyStrong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Microsoft Office)Education include but are not limited to:PMHNP with prescriptive authority and a minimum 12 months experience requiredFully licensed NP in California without restrictions, minimum 12 months PMHNP experience requiredExperience include but are not limited to:Experience in treatment industry and addiction medicine a plusMinimum of 12+ months PMHNP with Furnishing requiredPhysical demands include but are not limited to:The employee needs to be able to:Sit for long periods of timeType and view computer screenOperate office equipment including phone, printer, copier, etcCommunicate clearly, quickly and efficiently with other team membersWork Location:On site; remote positions not availablePowered by JazzHRTKU2wfK7Vf
