Illumination Foundation (IF) is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children's and family programs. IF currently has 13+ facilities with 22+ micro-communities scattered across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.Job DescriptionThe Client Care AssociateCNA helps patients with direct health care needs, assisting with activities of daily living, comfort, nutrition, hygiene needs, and maintain facility upkeep.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position also qualifies for $1.00 swing shift differential and $2.00 graveyard shift differential.ResponsibilitiesClient Care:Assist with daily living activities to ensure the patient's well-being. (grooming, assisting with bathroom needs, delivering meals, and mobility needs)Conduct morning, afternoon, and evening checks for all clients to observe their wellbeingCheck in with clients on-site and perform walk-throughs of dorm areas to ensure client safety and welfareConduct periodic checks of client belongings to ensure that prohibited items are not brought on-site.
