Job Title : Nurse PractitionerJob Summary: Ladgov Corporation is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner to support the Department of Agriculture component at LBJ Job Corps Center, 3170 Wayah Rd, Franklin, NC 28734.Job Type : Part-timeLocation : LBJ Job Corps Center, 3170 Wayah Rd, Franklin, NC 28734Hours of Work : A reasonable schedule would be considered providing 5 hours a week of services one (1) or two (2) days a week, M-F, 8am - 5pm.Duties :Promptly review applicant files and conduct an initial medical examination (intake), and a medical treatment plan,Record all medical documentation, such as, diagnosis, treatment and management plans, medication, reason of denial into the program (if recommended)Provide first aid and CPR, and other care within capabilitiesProvide management, written diagnoses, and treatment plans as part of a chronic care management plan for students with chronic conditionsdisabilitiesProvide treatment of acute conditions and promotion and maintenance of a family planning programEstablish an appropriate specialty medical referral system for students who require special, or emergent, medical careEducation & Qualifications :Have an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state where services will be providedBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)At least three years of work experience practicing medical servicesNote : Student populations range from 100 to over 300 enrollments depending on the Center's On Board Strength (OBS).Powered by JazzHRFq92pncvyJ
