You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.Examples Of Job Duties Are Below.Receives and provides complete report on all assigned clientsRespects client's rights and maintains confidentialityNotifies immediate supervisor of changes in client's conditionsUnderstands and uses aseptic techniquePrepares equipment and materials for treatmentsRecords all findings in clients' clinical recordsPerforms other duties as assigned by immediate supervisorNursing activities that may include:AssessmentAssistance in planning, evaluating and implementing client care under the supervision of a Registered NurseAssisting clients with activities of daily livingTeaching client self care techniquesProviding and maintaining safe environment for clientAccepting responsibility of assignment to specialty area only when training has been providedPerforming within the limits of preparation and experienceObserving aseptic techniques when dealing with equipment and supplies used for treatmentAssisting with client admission and dischargesNotifying charge nurse or supervisor of changes in client's condition or unusual symptomsQualifications:Current unencumbered RN license in the states in which you practiceMinimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) yearsSuccessful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areasProof of a Negative PPD TestCurrent CPR CardActive fingerprints in AHCA#INDRPowered by JazzHRI4xh2nLCcC
