Job Description:

This position is dedicated to the provision of concierge-level medical care, hospitality, and customer service to specific individual clients or specific locations for members, staff, and guests. Patronus' Wellness Program Nurse provides quality and excellence in the delivery of IVIM wellness and restorative hydration therapies to patients. This role is critical in setting and exceeding delivery and service expectations for clients and team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides preventative, therapeutic, and emergency medical care to assigned clients, members, staff, and guests. Coordinates medical referrals and consultations with local and remote physicians, including telemedicine consultationsMaintains all supplies, medical equipment, and emergency response vehicles according to manufacturer's recommendations and Patronus proceduresMaintains inventory of all medical supplies and equipment on the property. Requests medications and supplies for restock through the correct channels. Maintains electronic medical records system and reporting of all patient encountersAssists with developing or maintaining policies and procedures for all clinical operations including telemedicine capabilities and medical evacuationsCompletes monthly consolidated reports for clinical services provided as requestedGenerates and maintains accurate billing records for services rendered as requested. Performs cleaning, care and disinfection of the clinic and work area. Ensures the area is safe by conducting inspections to ensure first aid kits are up to date, safety procedures are being followed, hazards are addressed, and incidents are reportedDevelops and presents training programs for staff and clients as requested. In-home concierge medical and emergency response services may be required requestedPerforms all other duties as reasonably assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; Associates Degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field is required. Applicable State or local government health system License is required, Nationally and International credentialing is preferredBLS provider certifications are required, instructor certifications preferredMinimum of 3 years experience in Functional Medicine, or Wellness care center setting is required.Preferred credentials include - AMLS, PHTLS, PEPP or EPC, and Caribbean Registry is working in that regionExperience interacting with high-net-worth individuals is preferredExperience working in remote locations and austere environments is preferred. Strong understanding of functional medicine principles and evidence-based treatment modalitiesDedication to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in functional medicine research and practice.KnowledgeSkillsAbilities:Knowledge and proficiency in working in a clinical environmentCustomer Service - able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to targeted customer basemarket, building relationships and acting as internal company advocate.
