If you're passionate about driving impactful change and thrive in a collaborative setting, we want you on our team!Essential Functions: · Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft and execute marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness, penetration, and purchase frequency.· Utilize data and research to gain deep insights into consumer demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers, informing targeted marketing initiatives.· Analyze data to optimize marketing plans and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.· Develop engaging campaign structures to effectively reach consumers across various touchpoints.· Uphold brand identity and essence across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.· Partner with Sales and Customers to implement omni-channel strategies and drive seamless brand experiences.· Evaluate promotional programs for efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.· Ensure compliance with brand standards across all divisions and departments.Skills:· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agency partners, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.· Experience in developing and executing digital and media strategies to drive brand growth.· Proficiency in leveraging data, research, and trends to derive actionable insights into consumer behavior.· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for devising creative solutions to complex challenges.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.· Adaptability to change and a track record of delivering results autonomously.· Independent and self-motivated work ethic.Required & Preferred Education and Experience:· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred.· 5-7 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
