MUTB's Summer Internship Program provides high-potential students with a well-rounded, rewarding 10-week internship experience, as well as an inside look into what it is like to work for a global financial services organization. With projects specifically chosen to both challenge our summer intern will gain valuable real-world experiences working in Operations while learning to work together in collaborative teams and building a robust network within MUTB. Operations is at the center of MUTB's efforts to improve client service and operational efficiency. The Operations intern works on projects specifically chosen to both challenge and develop the participant.Responsibilities •Support every stage of the securities lending repo transaction lifecycle including account creation, trading support, clearing, settling, holding servicing, reporting, and corporate actions.• Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and additional functions and tasks may be added or removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.Minimum Requirement and Skills Education: Candidate for Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation date of December 2024 through August 2025.Well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated leadership abilities.Strong written and oral communication skills.The internship is from June 1, 2024 - August 31, 2024.The typical base pay for this role is between $20 to $30 per hour depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
