With over 14GW of projects in their pipeline, they are on a mission to accelerate the adoption of clean, sustainable energy solutions.The team is looking to expand their engineering team with the addition of an Electrical Engineer III. As the Electrical Engineer III specializing in solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the electrical systems of ground-mounted utility-scale solar projects. From conceptualization to execution, your expertise will ensure adherence to regulatory codes, owner specifications, and seamless integration with other engineering disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Electrical Designers and Engineers in the development and refinement of electrical drawings and calculations.Lead the creation of electrical layouts utilizing AutoCAD, ensuring optimal design and functionality.Conduct thorough electrical studies and calculations using ETAP software to guarantee system reliability and efficiency.Offer on-site construction support to address any electrical-related challenges during project implementation.Define and assess electrical system requirements tailored for utility-scale solar PV installations.Direct supervision of Electrical Designers and Electrical Engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Skills & Qualifications:Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD and deep understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC) application.Demonstrated capability in performing electrical studies using ETAP software.Preferred experience in solar PV project design and electric utility operations.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited institution.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.**MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP**
