Addiction Counselor - Drug and Alcohol Treatment facilityAre you an Addictions Counselor who is passionate about helping patients who suffer from Substance Abuse? Do you have experience working in Behavioral Health Psych Detox?Join an experienced, supportive staff who are passionate about helping individuals in recovery find long-term success!This is an Outpatient Clinic and treatment program in need of an experienced Counselor who is passionate about providing these individuals with both group therapy and 1 on 1 treatment. We are seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor who is able to treat clients in a respectful, responsive and caring way.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide ASAM assessments; develops individualized treatment plans and coordinates the initial and periodic treatment plansMaintain client records and completes required documentationAssess client needs; determine their eligibility for services base on insurance coverage.Presents individual counseling session based on the areas of Relapse Prevention, Addictive Behaviors, and Co-occurring dividual and Group CounselingBENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision benefits - low cost!Free parking!Generous Paid Time Off!
