We are looking for a Parts Manager who is eager to grow with us and help establish new benchmarks in automotive parts management and operational excellence.Your Key Responsibilities as Parts Manager:Inventory Management: Oversee and ensure efficient inventory levels, optimizing return on investment while minimizing excess.Purchasing: Implement effective purchasing strategies and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure parts availability and cost-efficiency.Team Leadership: Direct a skilled team, fostering an environment of growth and productivity. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to enhance team performance.Operational Excellence: Ensure the parts department operates smoothly and meets budget and customer satisfaction goals through effective controls and processes.Sales and Promotion: Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to enhance department revenue.
