Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Immunology Scientist to join an exciting and rapidly growing immunologyimmuno-oncology startup company in Philadelphia, PA! Prospective candidates must have immunology drug discovery experience and immunology assays experience (cytotoxicity, MSD, etc).Conduct hands-on primary immune cell culturing, immune functional assays, and other in vitro experiments.Contribute to experimental planning and design, independent data analysis and interpretation.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient relay of information and forward translation of data.Assess and report data, with minimal guidance, in a clear and concise manner, with a clear understanding of its implications.Provide technical instructions to the team and share information between distinct projects as needed.Required Experience:BS or MS in relevant biologic sciences or cell biology with 2-4 years prior laboratory experience in any settingMammalian cell culture is requiredAdditional laboratory experience should include some of the following: flow cytometry, Intelicyte, Luminex or MSD assays, ELISA, PCR, primary immune cell isolation with experience handling T cells, B cells or myeloid cell populations, Incucyte, T cell or NK cell mediated cytotoxicity assays, cell binding assays, western blots, cell transfectiontransduction.
