If yes, we have an opportunity for you!We are seeking a Low Voltage Field Service Technician who is required to carry out field-based engineering tasks, breakfixpreventative service works at customer locations, ranging from secure premises, banking facilities, government buildings and retail outlets to commercial properties. Other responsibilities include:Always ensure good customer relations, maintaining a high standard of appearance and customer focused approach to communicationsMaintain an open mind to all daily challenges, exploring all options to ensure the highest possible first-time-fix rate and limiting the opportunity for repeat calls to an absolute minimumBackup and assist the service team and other engineers to ensure most effective delivery of service provisionFollow customer procedures to ensure efficient job closureProvide regular and professional communication with the call desk and management teamMaintain currency of knowledge with respect to relevant technology, equipment or working practices required to support the business and its customersAs time permits, map our installed base in the field by conducting site walks and taking pictures to support upsellingThe ideal candidate will excel at building customer relationships and developing technical skills.
