What you will do:The Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for providing strategic compensation consulting services to defined internal clients, while also leading various Compensation programs. The incumbent will collaborate with the People & Culture partners, payroll, and Business leaders to design, develop and implement effective and competitive compensation strategies, plans and programs that support business objectives. The incumbent will support HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify and address compensation issues and evangelize our client's compensation strategy. The Senior Compensation Consultant will possess an in-depth knowledge of compensation practices and the ability to lead project teams to goal this role you will:Develop, implement, and monitor employee compensation, to include pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios, incentive plans, etc.Review compensation policies and practices to ensure compliance with government wage and hour regulations. Analyze organizational pay practices and makes recommendations to ensure internal and external equity.Create compelling competitive benchmarking analyses and evaluate jobs independently based on market data.Identify problems in current compensations policies, practices, and procedures through research and develop recommendations for solutions.Serve as subject matter expert and coordinate efforts with IT, HR Operations, Payroll, and other relevant departments to implement system upgrades and enhancements, as well as salary and other compensation structures.o Provide technical input to compensation communications and assist in communicating new andor revised programs and initiatives.Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, and premium pay.Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and models' potential impact of alternatives.Drive the implementation of compensation programs across the organization. Ensures the business' strategic and operational initiatives are aligned with the Company's Compensation philosophy and strategy.Collaborate with other Compensation team members to provide issue resolutions to clients by recommending corrective or alternative actions.Other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessary.We encourage you to apply if possess the following knowledge, skills, andabilities:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Master's in HR preferredCCP preferred andor PHR preferredAt least 7+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated business acumen required with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build consensus across stakeholder groups.Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointCompensation PrinciplesHuman Resources PrinciplesJob Analysis and Job description buildingProject management competency and experienceCritical & Strategic ThinkingAbility to communicate, persuade and make effective formal presentations.Results oriented, being able to anticipate key issues and problems and come to resolution quickly.
