Enterprise Content Management (Laserfiche) Consultant - Remote Contract Ledgent Technology is partnering with a local nonprofit organization dedicated to serving our community through various programs and initiatives. As part of our commitment to efficiency and effectiveness, we utilize Laserfiche as our document management system. We are seeking a skilled consultant to assist us with optimizing our Laserfiche workflows and enhancing our importexport capabilities. This is a fully remote short-term contract role with a duration to be determined based on project scope. Candidates must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the contract. This position can be part-time, with some work outside of business hours preferred for system continuity. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and determined based on the scope of work. ResponsibilitiesLaserfiche Workflow Design: Collaborate with our team to assess current workflows and design optimized processes within the Laserfiche platform.ImportExport Optimization: Enhance our importexport capabilities within Laserfiche to streamline document management and data processing.System Integration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate Laserfiche with other systems and tools as needed.Documentation: Document workflow designs, configurations, and best practices for future reference.Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on utilizing the optimized workflows and importexport processes.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
