When requested, also provides general civil engineering, surveying, public works, electrical, instrumentation and controls, telemetry, solid waste, and energy related services.We provide employees with competitive compensation, paid time off,health insurance, dental insurance, flex time, and matching 401(k) plan.The role will include:-Manage a variety of existing and potential projects, with the ability tooversee full end to end process of large complex projects includingproposals, scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, etc.-Interface with clients, state and federal agencies and sub consultants toexecute projects-Develop project deliverables independently and or coordination ofengineering disciplines in a highly collaborative team environment-Solve complex problems, providing technical evaluation, and evaluatecosts and benefits of alternative solutions for clients-Mentor and develop less experiencedjunior engineering professionals,establishing growth opportunities and building project delivery teams-Support office and firm leadership in marketing and pursuit focusesprimarily on municipal clientsMinimum Required Education, Certification and Experience-Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or relatedengineering field-Minimum eight years of relevant experience in consulting engineering inthe municipal waterwastewater industry with the ability to develop andnurture existing municipalprivate client relationships-Licensed Professional Engineer
