Marlen, headquartered in Riverside, MO is recognized as a global designer and manufacturer of highly engineered and innovative food processing equipment and systems. We have an immediate opening for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative.The Inside Sales Representative proactively contacts Marlen's installation base to grow parts sales. This position will require you to have a thorough understanding of replacement parts, parts programs, and customer service. Experience within the industrial food processing industry a plus. Technical sales experience is a must.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist customers in finding the correct SupportPro solutions andor services to match their needs, generate, follow-up, and close estimates while selling the solutionsservices promptly and accurately.Effectively utilize available software tools and other resources, which include but are not limited to: CRM system, Bill of Material system, machine manuals, assembly drawings, part drawings, etc.Utilize Entytle to generate opportunities, track pipelines, communications, and report activity to establish quarterly commissions. Travel to customer locations to sellassist customers with their current parts inventory, and service inquiries. Develop effective outbound calling programs to guarantee each customer receives a minimum of one touch per quarter.Provide input for Eblast topics:Utilize Eblast responses as opportunities and pursue them by phone or email. Enter corrected or revised data into Entytle and various systems as needed to ensure data is aligned between municate to sales reps, marketing, other stakeholders when installed equipment is sold, decommissioned, etc. and edit ERP and Entytle data to be accurate.Track and report success of sales made from Eblast.Assist customers with developing parts stocking plans.Help the customer understand their spare parts list and usage based on critical and recommended parts. Coordinate follow-up to customers that purchase new machines.
