The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, due diligence, title insurance, leases, and commercial real estate tasks. The role will involve working closely with the legal team and assisting with various legal matters related to real estate transactions. The role reports to a fantastic leader who is the General Counsel and will be a great boss and mentor. This role will be a foundational piece of the growing legal department. QualificationsLegal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skillsExperience with Title InsuranceFamiliarity with Leases and Commercial Real EstateStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in legal research and analysisAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is preferred
