The Teddy Bear Club is a prestigious bilingual French-English private preschool with a beautiful 2-acre campus in Lincoln, MA near Walden Pond and Drumlin Farm. We are seeking a Pre-K preschool teacher to join our team!This is a part-time position, weekdays from 8:15am to 1:15pm. TBC's program is taught bilingually, with some activities in French and many others in English. French language fluency is ideal, but candidates with basic French are also strongly encouraged to apply!We are open to candidates looking to start right away, or after the end of this school this position, you will be part of a co-teaching team responsible for working with students, teaching lessons, communicating with parents and preparing activities.Candidates for this position:- Must have a passion for working with young children and be highly enthusiastic- Must be organized and detail oriented- Must enjoy working in a very team-oriented environment- Must speak basic French or better- Ideally have previous experience working in a school setting- Ideally are an EEC certified toddler andor preschool teacherWe offer competitive starting salaries (prorated to 2540ths time, based on full-time salaries of $48K to $52K+), and higher salary grades depending on experience with annual increases.
