Regional Sales Manager in Baltimore, MDLooking for a Regional Sales Manager! As a regional sales manager for independent manufacturer representatives, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the sales activities of manufacturer representatives within a specific geographical region and manage assigned key accounts. You are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, providing training and support to manufacturer representatives, and building relationships with key customers. 100% Remote Direct-Hire Salary Range: $110k-$125k (DOE) + Commission Offers competitive benefits! Job Duties:Oversee a team of manufacturer representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their sales targetsDevelop sales plans and strategies for your region to achieve sales targets and objectives Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategiesPrepare and conduct joint sales calls as well as sales presentations to customers and prospects with the manufacturer representativesBuild and maintain relationships with assigned key direct accounts in your region to identify business opportunities, foster loyalty, and promote growth of the company's products and servicesTrack and analyze sales manufacturers? performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and tacticsProvide CRM reports on sales performance and sales forecastsEnsure the manufacturers? representatives comply with company policies, procedures, ethical and legal requirementsStay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell products and servicesParticipate in industry and prospect events to help support positive market awareness and increase salesManage and maintain overall responsibility for communicating project milestonesDiscover new potential customers and new market opportunitiesDeliver powerful presentations that communicate the uniqueness of of our clients value propositionProvide reports and updates to VP of Sales on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback as needed Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field requiredMinimum of five years of sales experience in the electrical manufacturing industry requiredMinimum of three years of experience managing a sales rep team requiredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas requiredExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills requiredThree or more years of experience in utilizing sales CRMs requiredAbility to work independently and remotely requiredAbility and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time requiredAbility to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check requiredAlignment with company core values requiredPreferred Qualifications:Two or more years of sales experience in the utility relay panel manufacturing industry preferredTwo or more years of experience in the relay control house manufacturing preferredTwo or more years of experience working in the utility market preferredTwo or more years of experience working with independent sales representatives preferred HOUTC22Interested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 131290 when responding to this ad.
