Quality InspectorLocation: Chelmsford, MADuration: 12 Month Contract Job ID: #68788Pay Range: $25-32Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6am-4:30pm. (10 hours per day and includes 30 minute unpaid lunch)Please send resume to Responsibilities: Inspects components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instruction, industry standards, drawings, etc., using low high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools. Will enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and work with engineering to report and detail non-conformances.Candidate hired will not be able to start until a minimum of an interim clearance is obtained, prefer an active clearance from the start.Basic Qualifications:• Microscope visual inspection• 3 years inspection experience• ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training awareness• High School diploma GED• Ability to obtain security clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting.• Use of inspection hand tools• Ability to follow work instructionsDesired Skills:• Defense Industry• SAP Quality Module• AS9100• Mil-STD-883• IPC-610• J-STD-001 (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED)• Clean Room• FODBenefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
