Position summary: The Client Support Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of duties as it relates to supporting the Director of Client Service, Directors, Managing Directors and other team members to deliver excellent client services and relationship management. In collaboration with our Director of Client Service, Directors, Managing Directors and other team members, this individual will focus on several key areas of the client experience including but not limited to - addressing client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion, administering reports and preparing documents and presentations. In addition, this position is responsible for complying with established operating policies and procedures and reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor. Qualifications required:Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred1-2 years of previous office administrativesupport experience1 year of previous customer service experienceAbility to adapt and remain flexible with ever changing tasks and client needsStrong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask Essential functions and responsibilities:Provides outstanding customer service to all parties while maintaining a positive and professional attitudeDemonstrates the ability to always think about the customer's needs first and go above and beyond for themMaintains the mindset of "client is always right" and "what can I do to help the office succeed?"Greets visitors and directs them to appropriates individualsSends client email notifications and giftsSubmits expense reports Accounts Payable for Managing DirectorsResponsible for mailing processing client reportsCoordinates with vendorsPrepares for client meetingsSchedules meetings and travel arrangements if neededInputs pertinent information into Tamarac, CRM and other systems to maintain data integrityPrepares and analyzes needed paperwork for Directors and Managing Directors that will be needed for client meetingsFollows up with clients as needed for execution on planning or service items, additional information, or any other requests of team membersAnalyzes client concerns feedback and works with other teams to provide immediate resolutions and make recommendations to meet or exceed client needsStays up-to-date about company products and servicesAssists in developing process improvements to achieve service goalsResponsible for office appearanceResponsible for daily mail distributionProvides overall administrative support for all of Meridian Wealth PartnersConducts clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries and preparing documents when requestedMaintains office supply inventoryCoordinates specific work tasks with other employees within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of informationAbides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work placeCommunicates with management and coworkers in order to integrate goals and activitiesCooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and all regulatory requirements.
