Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, La Mercerie showcases Chef Marie-Aude Rose's classical training and avant-garde practices in a thoughtful reimagining of French cuisine. Guests can enjoy three different menus with new seasonal dishes and popular La Mercerie classics on the same serveware they can purchase at Roman and Williams Guild. Our newest experience, Guild Bar, is an inviting and sumptuously designed secluded alcove that serves signature cocktails in exquisite glassware hand-crafted in a one-of-a-kind curated collection from global artists - also available to guests for purchase to add to one's home collection. Now seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager to curate and maintain our beverage program.
