Our primary focus is on acquiring well-located value-add apartment buildings in secondary and tertiary markets with job, population, and income growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Investor Relations Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for educating potential investors on current investment opportunities and continuing engagement with current investors. The role will require regular interaction with various stakeholders and maintaining positive investor relationships.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound leads, answering investors' inquiries and updating the records in the CRM system.Responsible for educating the investors on the current offerings, market conditions, project performance, and returns.Develop an understanding of the needs of HNW and UHNW investors.Responsible for sending follow-up documents to prospective and current investors.Responsible for maintaining the investor data accurately in the investor portal.Provide investor feedback and input to enhance communications and marketing materials to existing and potential investors, including investor presentations, performance updates, and webinar materials.Assist with organizing investor plete special projects as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field5+ years of related experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience in creating and delivering presentationsExperience managing CRM systemsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:We offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits to employees.
