As a well-funded consumer-focused digital health startup, we're building a driven, high-growth organization powered by amazing talent and innovative technology.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Creator to join our team in Miami. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across social platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and Youtube. You'll be a creative force, crafting compelling video and digital content that resonates with our target audience and propels our social media presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building an audience on social platforms, managing accounts with over 50k followers, scaling up followership, and an existing portfolio of engaging video content.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.Create high-quality and engaging video content tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.Manage and oversee all aspects of our social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively implement new strategies to drive results, and identify opportunities to leverage them for our brand.Analyze and interpret social media metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Cultivate a strong brand voice and personality across all social media platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media, with a proven track record of success in managing social media accounts, driving brand awareness & followers growth, managing Instagram TikTok accounts with over 50k followers - This can be corporate accounts or your own personal brandExperience in creating high-quality engaging video content in high velocity - your thoughts come in short form video format 💭Passion for social media and a keen eye for detail - you live and breathe tiktok and instagram trends.Experience in the cosmetic, aesthetics, or beauty industries a plusStrong understanding of social media analytics and metrics, with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive strategy.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - you take ownership over challenges Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - an advantage.As a Bliss Team Member, you'll receive:Competitive compensation packageHealth, Dental, and Vision coverageWellness supportGenerous PTO and holiday policy
