About Us: Our client is a Midwest GC specializing in the education and healthcare sectors. Since starting up over 50 years ago, they have grown significantly year over year and are operating in multiple states throughout the Midwest. They are in search of an experienced Project Manager to assist in this growth.Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. Your duties will include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and client communication.
