Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:Manages the day-to-day operations of Financial Systems, including the month-end close processes in Accounting and other Finance systems.Proactively evaluates current Financial Systems processes, procedures and controls for improvement and optimization.Manage the maintenance of general ledger master data.Lead the annual Data Governance workplan and advise CF's Data Governance Board, including the development and assessment of data quality analytics and data improvement plans, supporting Company-wide efforts on records retention, and working with other functions within CF.Sit on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Governance team, assist in the development of RPA solutions for Finance and other functions, and support process and controls as relates to RPA.Work with the Risk and Controls team, process owners and control owners to consider process and controls improvements.Manage the Senior Financial Systems Analysts and, as needed, contractors.Oversee the management of the Accounting Group's Content Inventory and SharePoint websites, libraries, and lists.Support Accounting and IT initiatives as it relates to Accounting Systems, including development of design, testing, and implementation work, as assigned.Perform other accounting and IT related tasks, including project work, as assigned.Supervisory Relationships:Position Reports To: Director, Financial Systems & AccountingIncumbent Attributes:Education: Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting is required.
