Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:Manages the day-to-day operations of Financial Systems, including the month-end close processes in Accounting and other Finance systems.Proactively evaluates current Financial Systems processes, procedures and controls for improvement and optimization.Manage the maintenance of general ledger master data.Lead the annual Data Governance workplan and advise CF's Data Governance Board, including the development and assessment of data quality analytics and data improvement plans, supporting Company-wide efforts on records retention, and working with other functions within CF.Sit on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Governance team, assist in the development of RPA solutions for Finance and other functions, and support process and controls as relates to RPA.Work with the Risk and Controls team, process owners and control owners to consider process and controls improvements.Manage the Senior Financial Systems Analysts and, as needed, contractors.Oversee the management of the Accounting Group's Content Inventory and SharePoint websites, libraries, and lists.Support Accounting and IT initiatives as it relates to Accounting Systems, including development of design, testing, and implementation work, as assigned.Perform other accounting and IT related tasks, including project work, as assigned.Supervisory Relationships:Position Reports To: Director, Financial Systems & AccountingIncumbent Attributes:Education: Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting is required. Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting is preferred.Years of experience: 8+ years of diversified experience with financial systems, data governance, internal controls, and accounting.Other unique job relevant attributes: (1) Extensive knowledge of SAP Finance (FICO) module required; (2) Experience with Group Reporting, SharePoint, Workiva, and Trintech a plus; (3) Knowledge of accounting and internal controls, and the ability to apply business and financial concepts into a systems environment; (4) Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions in complex and ambiguous business environments.What We Offer:You'll enjoy competitive compensation, consisting of base pay plus an incentive program available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including high-quality healthcare options, a well-being incentive program, 401k, life and disability insurance, generous time off (with time off to volunteer) and much more!
