Job Description:

The CompanyA finance firm located in midtown Manhattan, near Grand Central. The company pursues various strategies within the United States, spanning direct lending, private equity, real estate private equity, and structured credit. This is 5 days a week on-site role.Daily lunch stipend and lots of other office perks! What You'll Do:Sit at the front desk and provide overall day-to-day support for the business.Support the Office Manager through a variety of tasks including maintenance needs and care for an office space across multiple floors.Coordinate meetings, including management of conference room calendars, order food, set up the conference room and interact with visitors and clients.As part of a team, ensure all floors are fully stocked with snacks, beverages and general office supplies.Expense report coding and review in Concur.Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.Print and bind documents and presentations.Retrieve, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily.Coordinate in person meetings and Zoom calls.Manage various daily reports.Assist with companywide events including weekly office lunches and monthly happy hours.Assist with ad hoc projects and perform additional responsibilities as needed.Who you are:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years of administrative experience; ideally in financial services or legal sector.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office Suite.A friendly, approachable attitude and enjoys working with a team.A knack for organization and an eye for detail.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $15hr - $35hr plus annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.
