Reporting to the President & CEO, this is an outstanding opportunity to help lead and strategically grow a progressive and highly regarded Financial Services organization of scale. Our Client is a local, member-focused alternative to larger banks with a progressive culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and member commitment.Key priorities include: As a collaborative partner, lead the marketing function to support overall strategic goals and initiatives.Oversee all aspects of branding, marketing, and advertising strategy; public relations; reputation management and crisis communications; content marketing; external communications; social media; and media relations.Use data, analytics, and digital marketing strategies to promote productsservices, strong member relationships, and overall institutional branding.Drive new productservice development and promotion to enhance reach and share of wallet.The successful candidate will bring:Prior financial services industry experience is required.A minimum of ten years of marketing, member service, andor management experience (or equivalent).Prior experience orchestrating brand identity, creative member-centric marketing campaigns, and the member experience across all channels (traditional and digital) preferred.Excellent understanding of digital marketing technologies, social media, and platform integrations.
