TitlePosition: Elementary School Music Teacher Start date: July 27, 2024Where: Houston Classical Charter SchoolSalary: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearOur SchoolHouston Classical Charter School was chartered by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to open in Houston in August 2020 beginning with kindergarten and first grade and adding a grade each year thereafter until the school accommodates scholars in Pre- kindergarten through eighth grade. Houston Classical has an accomplished and committed Board, which includes founders and a Head of School. We are looking for experienced, dedicated, and motivated educators who are excited by the challenge of being part of a new school. Therefore, recruiting and selecting the best teaching staff is of paramount importance to our success.Overview: The music teacher will implement an elementary music instructional program based on the school's vision. The music teacher will be responsible for performance experiences both inside and outside of the regular school day for scholars and families. The music teacher will school professional learning and fulfill all professional responsibilities as outlined.
