The Senior HR Business Partner is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule - two to three days in the corporate office in Merrillville, Indiana and the remainder remote.What You'll DoProvide HR guidance, analyze metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and work with managers to improve work relationships, associate engagement, and productivity.
