Position Title: Change Management SpecialistMy name is Bill Stevens and I have a new twelve month plus Change Management Specialist for a major firm with locations in Newark, New Jersey and Hackettstown, New Jersey that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The work schedule will be a hybrid, three days a week in either of the firms' offices and two days remote.This role is an Associate to Mid-Level role (3-5 Years).The firm will entertain a remote candidate provided that he she possesses all of the skills including consumer packaged goods industry experience.The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.This position pays $48.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis.The Junior Change Management Specialist responsibilities will include:Collaborate across procurement sectors of the firm global counterparts and external partners (as applicable) to enable E2E Visibility workstream improvements & best practice sharing; report out, escalate and unlock potential roadblocks to successLead supply chain mitigation workshops, action documentation and ensure follow through via business processesMaintain customer centricity representing user community to support collection of new use casesDrive implementation of change management strategy and capability developmentSurface risks for the businessSupport identifying multi-tier supply chain partners and relevant internal stakeholdersDevelop cross-functional relationships to collaborate on specific Resilience activities as supply chain events occurA "Day in the Life" may include, not be limited to the following:Collaborate with Global Business Continuity Plan Functional expert and external partners to validate proposed business continuity actions; identify action owners in the MW organization, support planning, track progress & drive execution (includes providing status updates)Data Validation and ManagementAttend and provide input into data review meetingsExtract requested data in a repeatable formatLiaise with data owners across the organizationSupport on data review and validation, translate business data requests between NA stakeholders and data teamRepresent NA as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Digital Twin Power BI DashboardOperate Power BI dashboard, apply filters, review + analyze visual data representationsSupport data validation of Digital Twin Phase 3 (dependent on timing).Requirements:Understands E2E (End to End) Supply Chain connectivityIntermediate Excel skills, working knowledge of how to operate Power BI dashboard, apply filters, review + analyze visual data representations, intermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Sumifs, Filters, data formatting)Basic SAP knowledgeRequires usage of SAP reporting to validate data and meetings with category teams to review specific data questions + validate exceptions encountered in data.Specific SAP report training can be provided.Candidate preferably has basic SAP knowledge and intermediate Excel skills.Consumer packaged goods industry experience.The interview process will include an initial telephone or Zoom screening.Please let me know your interest for this position, availability to interview and start for this position along with a copy of your recent resume or please feel free to call me at any time with any questions.RegardsBill StevensSenior Technical RecruiterPRI TechnologyDenville, New Jersey 078341-973-732-5454
