If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.What does a successful IT Sourcing and Procurement Lead do?As the IT Sourcing and Procurement Lead at Fiserv, you will lead enterprise software and hardware procurement activities on a global scale. Your mission will be to support the company's business strategy and enable functional partners to maximize the value they receive from suppliers. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with the Fiserv Technology organization, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions.What you will do:Develop, implement, and execute Technology sourcing strategies aligned with the Fiserv Technology organization.Utilize your wide range of knowledge in mainframe, distributed, storage, and software to make informed decisions, with responsibility for $500 million in vendor spend.Translate strategic priorities from Technology and business strategies into effective sourcing strategies.Understand overall spend, suppliers, and key clients within Technology to support procurement goals and initiatives.Collaborate with Technology to develop future procurement plans based on strategic priorities and goals.Assist in creating and communicating savings targets and programs to execute cost-saving initiatives.What you will need to have:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field or an equivalent combination of work andor military experience12+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement10+ years of experience in procurement processes within the Technology field, including strategic sourcing, category management, competitive bidding, contract management, purchasing, and supplier relationship managementPrevious responsibility for spend over $400 millionDemonstrated leadership with the ability to lead change and motivate a high-performing teamExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey information with clarity and confidence at all levels of the organizationProven track record of managing multiple objectives and finding creative solutions to complex problemsWhat would be great to have:Advanced degree in supply chain management or a related fieldExperience in global sourcing and vendor managementCertification(s) in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the Technology industryExperience in negotiating and managing complex contracts with technology vendorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsImportant info about this role:We're better together!
