This role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting strategic growth initiatives across our client's company. You will aid the Production team with the planning and execution of the direct mail process, while overseeing project timelines and budgets. Marketing Production Specialist, Direct Mail Responsibilities:Streamline the direct mail production process under the supervision of Production ManagerEnsure OHS is on scheduletarget for mail dates and communicating this to teamSupporting all marketing specialists in the following way: Onboarding, Training, Training Plans, Campaign SupportRun status meetings with outside production vendorAids with production estimating and actualizing of reportsSupport adoption of new project management toolsReview and approve data and creative assets for accuracySupports the printingdelivering of marketing materials Marketing Production Specialist, Direct Mail Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related3+ years of relevant experience preferred. 1+ year experience in marketingAssertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision-makingUndertake all aspects of work with a sense of urgencyDeliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications above, please apply today!
