Job Description:

Senior Financial AnalystRole Responsibilities:• Prepare quarterly performance data and analyses for current funds and investments.• Develop and maintain the short-term and long-term forecasts for current and future funds and strategies.• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including historical financial performance, forecasts, and industry trends.• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance and provide actionable recommendations.• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.• Work with partners and senior team members to perform highly-visible analysis.• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.Valuations• Liase with deal team members, Valuation Specialist and Fund Accounting to coordinate and report on CCP monthly and quarterly valuations.Reporting:• Work closely with the accounting, investor relations and deal teams on all reporting (including quarterly reporting, regulatory filings, and investor relations requests) to ensure accurate and timely reports.• Prepare and File regulatory filings for various funds on a quarterly and annual basis.• Work closely with deal teams to improve upon and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reports for the portfolio investments.Portfolio Companies• Work closely with deal teams to establish and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reports for the portfolio investments.Manage enterprise, cloud-based financial reporting system used for portfolio reporting.Other DutiesThe duties of this role may change based on the evolving needs of the funds, the Finance and Operations Group, or the broader firm. This individual may also assist with aspects of the credit portfolio valuation process.Qualifications Required:• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely. Confident in speaking with internal and external stakeholders, including finance professionals, over the telephone, video conferencing, email, and in person.• Extremely organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.• Results Focused: Proactive, self-starter and diligent. Receives limited directives positively and can execute tasks independently.• Maintains highest degree of confidentiality in dealing with financial information and dataQualifications Preferred:• Experience in financial modeling, reporting reconciliation andor auditing experience highly valuable• Private equity experience is a plus• Prior experience using Investran andor iLevelEducation Required:• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
