Title : CNC MachinistDuration : 6+ months - contract to hire roleLocation : Beverly MA Wilmington, MA Woburn, MASummaryObjectiveResponsible for the manufacture and inspection of high precision products of varying complexity under minimal supervision. Responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed and must have the appropriate level of CNC machining experience required for the job as outlined below.Essential FunctionsSet up and operate various CNC machine tools in accordance with company policy, procedures, and time standards.Perform various repetitive production machining operations using the ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches and work spect parts produced.Transmit and receive CNC programs, maintain computerized andor manual production records.Provide technical assistance and on-the-job training to other employees.Perform other duties as required.Required CompetenciesAttention to detail.Ability to work with colleagues in a professional and cooperative manner.Good communication skills, both written and oral.General computer skills.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct reports.Physical DemandsVisual acuity (corrected) to read documents, drawings, instructions and to inspect machined parts.Stand, move about the shop floor, talk, hear, bend, squat, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.Lift andor move up to 50 pounds.Position TypeExpected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time hourly position which operates Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.TravelTravel is not required for this role.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalentTechnical or vocational school background is helpful1-3 Years in a Manufacturing environmentNote: If interested please email me your resume at or call me at 973-922-1844.Best Regards,Anil ChamoliTeam Lead ( Recruitment & Sales)
