Building isn't just what we do, it's what we love.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at GO-TILT Construction located in Deerfield Beach OR Lakeland, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, performing cost analysis, preparing accurate estimates, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution. The Estimator will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing construction drawings, conducting site visits, and providing technical expertise and support. Read and understand job bid instructions, detailed specifications, prepare a "take off" of materials included in the job. Estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items, equipment costs (including crane costs) to prepare a through price estimate.Qualifications5+ years estimating successful large industrial tilt-wall concrete projects.Must possess the knowledge and field experience associated with cast in place concrete construction, concrete footings, and foundations.Ability to assemble scope of work with required information in including inclusions, exclusions and qualifications.Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniquesExperience in estimating and cost analysisStrong mathematical and analytical skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in construction estimating softwareKnowledge of building codes and regulationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
