Job descriptionWe are seeking an HR Manager that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resource department within South Fair Electric. This person will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop and retain a talented workforce. SCOPE OF WORK:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Serves as a strategic partner to leadership and is responsible for leading HR activities including organization and leadership development, change management, workforce planning and talentperformance management. RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all internal and external HR related inquiries or requestsMaintain employee records and filesManage recruitment processManage performance management programCoordinate and facilitate HR-related trainingsPerform new employee orientationsMaintain compliance on HR policies and proceduresManage payroll and PTO Analyze and modify compensation and benefits polices to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirementsManages on-boarding and off-boarding experience for new and exiting employeesInvestigates and documents employee concerns at all levels on work-related issues and makes recommendations to employees and managers that are consistent with company values, policies, and procedures that adhere to federal and state lawsPerforms other duties as needed or requiredQUALIFICATIONS:degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration andor five or more years of relevant experienceyears' experience in Human Resourcescertification preferredknowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, establish trust, credibility, and confidence with employees, maintaining a professional composure at all timesproblem solving and ability to assess the needs of the business and design and implement the best solutionsin Microsoft Office SuiteNote: The above description provides the general details considered necessary to portray the principal functions of the position and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all requirements inherent to the position.South-Fair Electric is an equal opportunity employer.
