We always leave our clients feeling good. The Person We Are Looking For You're a fluent Spanish speaker who loves audio and has good experience of working in a similar role, either in the audio industry or wider media & advertising industry. Working on live projects you'll have solid experience at collating information and taking good briefs. You'll have great experience in delivering great customer service and forming long term partnerships, presenting yourself as a trusted resource our clients can rely on. You're a people person and you will be involved in the growth of the company by developing existing relationships and growing accounts. You'll be versatile, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects at once, and you buzz off being part of a busy department that always delivers. You're a consummate professional but you don't take yourself too seriously. You're looking for a long term role in a company that is big on culture, teamwork and growth, and you'll be keen to challenge yourself to constantly be better, even if it's just a little everyday. Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage and deliver incoming audio and digital projects, delivering exceptional customer service in the process. To increase account spend by building quality relationships with clients at all levels to deliver creative projects.To create consultative pitches and presentations using industry knowledge, market trends and the unique services provided by Forever Audio. To talk confidently and knowledgeably about our services and offerings.To represent the company at industry events and client meetings.To develop effective working relationships with the rest of the account team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.To keep up to date with the latest developments in the audio industry and how they apply to our clients.To work closely with Head of Marketing to ensure news and updates are shared directly with key clients.To keep internal CRM system up to date. Essential Requirements  A love for audio Fluent Spanish SpeakerGreat level of experience in a similar role.Great level of experience in the following areas: Account managementCustomer serviceOrganisationCommunication skillsProactivity Relationship buildingProblem solvingA positive mental attitude and growth mindset. Able to attend client meetings and events in person when necessary.To build quality relationships with clients at all levels.Must be eligible to work in the USA. Bonus PointsFluency in other languages especially Brazilian Portuguese. Working Hours RequirementsThis is a full time role based in the Greater Los Angeles area, working from home to begin with but also from client co-working spaces as required, eventually at least 2 days per week, between the hours of 9am - 6pm.  Salary And Benefits$50k - $65k based on experience.$500 per month contribution to company medical insurance policy.Basic Life Coverage401K policy 25 days paid vacation (plus USA public holidays and 3 days between Christmas and New Year when the business is closed).We aim for the whole team to meet up every quarter as a minimum in New York.  The Hiring ProcessIt's really important that we are a right fit for each other.
