The Cares Coordinator will be under the guidance and direction of the Director of the company's charitable programs.Purpose: To work with efficiency and professionalism to support the BarnhartCares teams and steward the BarnhartCares programs with excellence and in alignment with the direction set by the GROVE Board.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support to maintain the Cares programs. This includes taking calls and responding to emails from employees and Cares team membersFacilitate monthly meetings with Cares Teams from each region to discuss programs and field questions Travel to new branches to help establish a local Cares teamAssist with the preparation of financial and performance report summaries of Cares ProgramsPerform initial review of Community Care Grant applications for completion and alignment Maintain relationships with BarnhartCares program providersMaintain forms and documents relating to BarnhartCaresProcess and submit provider invoicesCoordinate food & meeting rooms for Lunch & LearnsServe on the Kingdom Company Group Cares Steering Committee.
