The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to immigration law, including legal document preparation, assisting with immigration issues,EOIR filings, and managing visa applications. The position will be based in Sacramento, CA.QualificationsExperience in immigration law and legal document preparationKnowledge of immigration issues and visa processesKnowledge of EOIR and CBP processesDeep knowledge of Asylum issuesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relevant software and technologyBachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related fieldPrevious experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plusHindi, Punjabi, and Spanish proficiency preferred
