With continued success, we will support you gain mortgage share with the products we support. Role Description Northway Marketers is looking for a full-time Territory Manager. This role will be a hybrid position, with the employee based in Maryland area but having the flexibility to work from home. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory, as well as crafting and implementing plans to meet revenue and sales targets. The Territory Manager will also liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment and HVAC industryDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues alikeStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a strong plusBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
