This role will involve establishing connections with managers and owners of multi-unit dwellings, organizing on-site events to interact with tenants, and utilizing various prospecting and lead-generation strategies. Having a proactive mindset and the capability to cultivate connections from provided leads are essential qualities for achieving success in this role.Job Responsibilities- Meeting provider and territory sales goals through in-person visits with property decision-makers.- Developing, scheduling, and executing events to boost sales (reimbursement provided for any materials needed for events.)- Visiting a minimum of 8-10 properties and hosting a minimum of 2 events weekly to meet targets.- Providing weekly activity reports to clients and sales coaches.Qualifications- Prior experience in outreach sales (cold calling, door-to-door, brand ambassador, B2B sales).- Strong work ethic and self-motivation are essential.- Must collaborate with peers and regional partners to share best practices.- Ability to balance customer experience and meet performance goals.- Must have reliable transportation for sales territory coverage.***Roadmap and formal job description will be provided during the offer process
