Job Description:

Seeking motivated engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience for project management andor cost engineer position for established mechanical contracting company. 1) Oversee mechanical air conditioning projects from blueprint to completed project. 2) Write meaningful RFIs and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. 3) Procurement and ordering of materials including writing of purchase orders. 4) Prepare budgets, schedules and subcontracts. 5) Build skills to manage design - build, design - assist and plan and spec projects. 6) Communication with design consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, General constrictors and Owners. 7) Communication with Field superintendentService manager and other engineers in office. 8) Well organized, good computer skills and good writing skills.
