We believe in making a positive impact on the lives of those who cannot afford healthcare.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Development. The Director of Development will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the development department. This includes planning and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, creating and executing annual giving campaigns, and budgeting. The Director of Development will also be responsible for philanthropy and developing and implementing planned giving programs.QualificationsExperience in planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropyStrong budgeting and fundraising skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholdersKnowledge of donor management systemsExperience in a non-profit organizationBachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
